Meet Our Team

I began my journey in escrow  back in 1999 as an escrow assistant for an in-house escrow company in Claremont, I experienced my first real estate crash in the year 2000 but took advantage of the “slow” market to grow and learn more about what escrow was and what a major role escrow plays in a real estate transaction.

Services We Provide Special for You

Sales Transactions

When it comes to real estate, not all transactions work the same, and many prove complicated with many government regulations. Our sales transaction services reduce the stress, ensure accuracy, and handle all your details with diligence.

FSBO

For Sale By Owner (FSBO) transactions save a significant amount of money for sellers but are known for being a complex process. When real estate agents aren’t involved, you need the knowledge of a Trust One Escrow Agent to guarantee guidelines are followed and the sale is executed with as few complications as possible.

Refinancing

When you need to refinance your home, many issues can delay your closing, including unpaid liens or taxes from the original mortgage. With so many potential roadblocks in the escrow process, we provide an experienced and trustworthy officer to avoid complications and help you close on time.

1031 Exchange

A 1031 Exchange allows you to defer or reduce capital gains tax on owned real estate that’s sold. However, failure to comply with strict rules eliminates the deferment option and requires a knowledgeable agent who understands the intricacies and technicalities.

Short Sale

A short sale in real estate could offer a beneficial arrangement for both buyer and seller but requires multiple steps to close. From following correct regulations to obtaining documentation to clear outstanding liens, our experienced escrow agents can help.

Probate Sales

We understand that probate sales are very complicated and we don’t expect you to know all about it. That’s why we work closely with your realtor and your attorney to help you through the process and make sure we have all the required court documents to transfer title and close escrow successfully.

We know that buying or selling a home is a major financial decision, which is why the Trust One Escrow Team is here to make the Escrow process as easy as possible.
